This is the original recipe for making tiramisu from rice cakes. It’s not just a delicious dessert from rice cakes, it’s that universal dessert that can be created in a matter of minutes both before the arrival of guests, and for the opportunity to make something original and delicious for your family members!
Ingredients:
- Family Harvest™ chocolate rice cakes – 8 pcs
- Raspberry – 100 g
- Mint leaves – 16 leaves
- White and dark chocolate 500 g each
For Tiramisu cream:
- 200 g of heavy cream
- Sugar to taste
- 250 g of Mascarpone cream cheese
Directions:
- Tiramisu cream: whip heavy cream with sugar, mix the Mascarpone cheese and add to the cream. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (2 minutes) and mix in the cream.
- Evenly spread Tiramisu cream over all 8 Family Harvest™ chocolate rice cakes .
- Decorate with grated white chocolate, raspberry, and a leaf of mint.
