Buckwheat cakes with cottage cheese and greens

This is a very simple and healthy recipe of buckwheat cakes with cottage cheese, which can be both a light breakfast and a lunch snack.

Ingredients:

  • Family Harvest™ buckwheat cakes – 4 pcs
  • Cottage cheese – 150-200 g
  • Greens – parsley, dill, basil
  • Sour cream or cream – 50-70 g
  • Salt and Garlic – optional

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl, finely chop the greens and add to the cottage cheese.
  2. 2. After that, add salt to taste, add sour cream and finely chopped garlic.
  3. 3. Thoroughly stir with a fork to break large lumps of cottage cheese.
  4. 4. Spread cottage cheese mix on top of Family Harvest™ buckwheat cakes. Crispy buckwheat cakes contain only 26 kcal, and their taste is perfectly combined with cottage cheese.
