Sales Executive
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops and implements strategies for the assigned supermarket channel.
- Develops and implements customer strategies and business plans.
- Cultivates and sustains relationships with key decision-makers.
- Expand distribution coverage by acquiring new points of sale and assessing their potential.
- Increases the productivity of sales representatives and merchandisers by optimizing their routes.
- Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables.
- Maintains awareness of customers’ financial health to mitigate bad debts.
- Addresses customer complaints promptly and works closely with sales coordinators to uphold high levels of customer service.
- Explores potential opportunities for new products within the assigned channel.
- Monitors and assesses customer performance and actively serves as an ambassador for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3 years of experience in FMCG in the UAE market
- Sales and distribution strategy management
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

Chief Accountant
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage the overall financial accounting and reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and UAE tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
