Light and crispy Family Harvest™ grain cakes are made of unpolished groats using careful technology called “grain explosion” that is applied for no more than 1.7 seconds. Due to the short grain processing time, useful fiber of whole grains, vitamins and minerals in grain (B1, B9, PP, Mg, P, Zn, Fe) are preserved.
