Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Develops and implements strategies for the assigned supermarket channel.
  2. Develops and implements customer strategies and business plans.
  3. Cultivates and sustains relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Expand distribution coverage by acquiring new points of sale and assessing their potential.
  5. Increases the productivity of sales representatives and merchandisers by optimizing their routes.
  6. Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables.
  7. Maintains awareness of customers’ financial health to mitigate bad debts.
  8. Addresses customer complaints promptly and works closely with sales coordinators to uphold high levels of customer service.
  9. Explores potential opportunities for new products within the assigned channel.
  10. Monitors and assesses customer performance and actively serves as an ambassador for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3 years of experience in FMCG in the UAE market
  • Sales and distribution strategy management
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Planning and decision making skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Result oriented
