Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Develops and implements strategies for the assigned supermarket channel.
  2. Develops and implements customer strategies and business plans.
  3. Cultivates and sustains relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Expand distribution coverage by acquiring new points of sale and assessing their potential.
  5. Increases the productivity of sales representatives and merchandisers by optimizing their routes.
  6. Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables.
  7. Maintains awareness of customers’ financial health to mitigate bad debts.
  8. Addresses customer complaints promptly and works closely with sales coordinators to uphold high levels of customer service.
  9. Explores potential opportunities for new products within the assigned channel.
  10. Monitors and assesses customer performance and actively serves as an ambassador for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3 years of experience in FMCG in the UAE market
  • Sales and distribution strategy management

Chief Accountant

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Oversee and manage the overall financial accounting and reporting functions.
  2. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements.
  3. Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
  4. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  5. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.
  7. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
  8. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and UAE tax laws.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
