Sales Executive
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops and implements strategies for the assigned supermarket channel.
- Develops and implements customer strategies and business plans.
- Cultivates and sustains relationships with key decision-makers.
- Expand distribution coverage by acquiring new points of sale and assessing their potential.
- Increases the productivity of sales representatives and merchandisers by optimizing their routes.
- Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables.
- Maintains awareness of customers’ financial health to mitigate bad debts.
- Addresses customer complaints promptly and works closely with sales coordinators to uphold high levels of customer service.
- Explores potential opportunities for new products within the assigned channel.
- Monitors and assesses customer performance and actively serves as an ambassador for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3 years of experience in FMCG in the UAE market
- Sales and distribution strategy management
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Planning and decision making skills
- Customer oriented
- Result oriented
