Family Harvest™ rice cakes – 8 pcs. Raspberry – 100 g Mint leaves – 16 leaves White and dark chocolate 500 g each For Tiramisu cream: 200 g of heavy cream Sugar to taste 250 g of Mascarpone cream cheese
1. Tiramisu cream: whip heavy cream with sugar, mix the Mascarpone cheese and add to the cream. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (2 minutes) and mix in the cream.
2. Evenly spread Tiramisu cream over all 8 Family Harvest™ rice cakes .
3. Decorate with grated white chocolate, raspberry, and a leaf of mint.
