Rice cakes with arugula and avocado

Low-calorie cakes in combination with avocado and arugula will diversify your usual diet and add benefits and nutrition to your breakfast. In addition, this unusual sandwich can be prepared in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients:

Family Harvest™ rice cakes – 2 pcs.
Avocados – 1-2
A bunch of arugula
Tomato sauce

Directions:

1. Clean avocado and cut into small slices.
